The Single Line Diverter (SLD) is built for integration into a wide range of conveyor systems. The Speed Flow Compact version is a more compact and faster alternative to the Eco Flow version. Thanks to its reduced overall height, it offers greater flexibility for multi-level sorting applications and seamless integration into multi-level conveyor systems where space optimization and high throughput are essential. Its modular design allows flexible configuration to match specific layout and throughput requirements. Powered by high-efficiency 24V or 48V pulse gear motors, the SLD ensures reliable, energy-optimized operation. It supports industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT and Profinet, enabling direct integration into PLC-controlled automation environments. Each diverting row includes a homing sensor for precise position referencing and an independent control card for decentralized control. This enables accurate handling and consistent system performance. The plug-and-play concept, combined with standardized mechanical and electrical interfaces, reduces installation and commissioning time, making integration into existing systems fast and straightforward.
