The Double Line Diverter (DLD) is built for seamless integration into a wide range of conveyor systems. As an enhanced version of our SLD solution, it combines two integrated SLD modules to deliver higher throughput and more efficient material flow. This makes the DLD an ideal choice for high-performance intralogistics and automated sorting applications. The Speed Flow Compact version offers a faster, more compact alternative to the Eco Flow version. Its reduced overall height enables flexible multi-level sorting layouts and smooth integration into multi-level conveyor systems where space optimization and high throughput are essential. With its modular design, high-efficiency 24V or 48V pulse gear motors, EtherCAT and Profinet compatibility, homing sensors, decentralized control cards, and plug-and-play interfaces, the DLD ensures reliable performance, precise handling, and fast commissioning in PLC-controlled automation environments.
