The Double Line Diverter (DLD) is designed for seamless integration into a wide range of conveyor systems. As an enhanced version of our SLD solution, it combines two integrated SLD modules to deliver higher throughput and more efficient material flow, making it ideal for high-performance intralogistics and automated sorting applications. The DLD Eco Flow is a high-speed diverter with a modular plug-and-play design that enables flexible configuration and fast integration into material handling systems. Powered by high-efficiency 24V or 48V pulse gear motors and supporting EtherCAT and Profinet communication, the DLD ensures reliable, energy-efficient operation in PLC-controlled environments. Homing sensors and decentralized control cards provide precise handling and consistent performance, while the quick-release wheel design allows fast and easy top-side maintenance.
